Would you like to eat more whole-foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds but don’t know where to start? We are here to support you!
We encourage you to go slow and start simple in your transition to a plant-based diet. Try a plant-based snack or a meal and then add additional plant-based recipes to your meal rotation as your cooking confidence grows.

Keep your environment well ventilated and enjoy fresh outdoor air regularly. -
Exercise
Be physically active daily. Walk or do other exercises 30-40 minutes. -
Healthy Food
Eat primarily whole plant foods that are minimally processed. -
Enough Sunshine
Spend time daily in the sun with proper sun protection. -
Adequate Rest
Get a regular good night’s sleep of 7-8 hours. -
Love God
Pray and spend time with God every morning and evening. -
Temperance
Have a balanced life – Abstain from anything that is harmful and be moderate in that which is good for you. -
H2O
Daily drink 6-8 ounces of water to stay hydrated. -
